Pacific Crust Bakeshop is the brainchild of Pastry Chef Tobias Diggs. The idea behind PCB is to just bake, because we love food, we love to feed people and we wanted to bring our favorite food to the public. Our menu travels the span of world with respect to many different cultures, we use classical culinary techniques and combine them with freshest local ingredients we can find.
